2. Menu & Pricing

All menu items and prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, prices may vary on third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub due to platform fees and policies outside our control. In-store and direct-order pricing remains the most up-to-date.

3. Orders & Payments

• We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods at the register.
• Online orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including item unavailability or pricing errors.
• Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us at (224) 857-8713 as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

4. Dine-In, Takeout & Delivery

We offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery services. Delivery is fulfilled through third-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), each of which operates under its own terms of service, delivery fees, and policies. Curry NaanStop is not responsible for delivery delays, order handling, or disputes arising from third-party platform transactions. For the best experience, we encourage ordering directly by phone or in person.

5. Catering Services

• Catering orders are available for events of all sizes. Custom menus and quotes are provided upon request.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm catering bookings. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Final guest counts and menu selections should be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Buffet Terms

• Buffet pricing, availability, and hours are subject to change. Please check with the restaurant for the latest schedule and rates.
• Kids Eat Free Policy: One child under 9 years old eats free per table, family, or group. Additional children will be charged at the applicable kids' rate.
• Buffet is for dine-in only. Food may not be taken to-go from the buffet without prior arrangement and applicable charges.

7. Promotional Offers

• Twist Up Tuesdays: This promotion is valid for takeaway orders only. It cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon. Additional terms and conditions apply.
• All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled by management at any time without prior notice.
• Management reserves the right to determine eligibility and to refuse any promotion at its sole discretion.

8. Halal Certification

All meats served at Curry NaanStop Indian Grill are 100% Halal certified. We are committed to sourcing our meats from certified Halal suppliers to meet the dietary requirements of our customers.

9. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, and eggs. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Curry NaanStop is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.

All content on this website, including the Curry NaanStop name, logo, graphics, photographs, menu designs, and text, is the property of Curry NaanStop Indian Grill and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
